Breakfast at “Home Comforts” is all homemade and delicious! 

We start with a fresh fruit platter, a selection of cereals, coffee, tea, and juices accompanied by freshly baked scones or muffins with homemade jellies and jams.  A different hot entree is featured daily.

Rose’s Breakfast Menu

• Croissant French Toast topped with a brandied apricot sauce served with breakfast sausages.

• Bacon, Tomato & Cream Cheese Frittata with a hint of Parmesan served with Whole Wheat Bagels.

• Apple/Cinnamon Baked Pancake accompanied by Cheese Biscuits and Sausages.

• Cheese Souffle Omelet served with Jalapeno Jelly and sausage stuffed mushroom caps.

• Eggs Benedict “Sea to Sky” style with crisp “Grainery” toast.

• Buttermilk/Banana/Oatmeal Waffles with warm maple syrup and a dab of sour cream.

• Cheddar & Bacon Crepes.

We feature sweet tasting Pemberton strawberries and raspberries from “McEwan’s Farm” and apricots and tomatoes from Lillooet.  Lillooet is known for its warm nights and long growing season which create the flavourful fruits and vegetables we prefer to use at “Home Comforts”.
